In this presentation we examine and compare various approaches when considering Online Qualitative methodologies; Webcam EGs, WebEx Interviews, Bulletin Boards, and Communities.
We illustrate the mechanics of how each approach works, and look at the pros and cons of each when selecting one approach vs. another.
